Service Description

A cacao ceremony is a ritual that involves the ceremonial drinking of cacao, the purest form of chocolate, to open the heart, foster emotional connection, and enhance spiritual awareness. A cacao ceremony is a spiritual ritual where participants consume ceremonial-grade cacao to foster emotional connection, enhance spiritual awareness, and promote healing. Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican traditions, cacao is revered for its heart-opening properties and is used to facilitate a deep connection with oneself and others. The ceremony often involves intention-setting, meditation, and mindfulness practices, making it a meaningful experience for participants. Rules: 1. Please dress appropriately but comfortable as this is a healing ceremony. If possible, please wear white as this color has great significance in Mayan, Aztec, Bribri, Inca, and other Mesoamerican spirituality. Cacao ceremonies often involve meditation, breathwork, or gentle movement, so wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and be fully present. 2. Arrive with an open heart: Cacao works best when you’re open to whatever emotions, insights, or experiences arise. Come to the ceremony with an open heart, free of expectations, and allow the cacao to guide you. 3. Set a clear intention: Before the ceremony, take some time to reflect on why you’re participating. Whether it’s for emotional healing, clarity, or connection, setting a clear intention will help you focus your energy during the ceremony. 4. Stay hydrated: Cacao can be dehydrating, so it’s important to drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony. Hydration will also help you stay grounded and energized throughout the experience. 5. Allow time for reflection: After the ceremony, give yourself some time to reflect on your experience. Journaling is a great way to capture any insights, emotions, or revelations that came up during the ceremony.
