Return and Refund Policy

At Umoquela - Place of Healing, we are committed to providing high-quality pottery and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand the process and conditions.

1. Return Period

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

  2. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot process returns or refunds.

2. Eligible Items for Return

  1. Only pottery items are eligible for return.

  2. If damaged items must be damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects.

  3. Damaged pottery caused by normal wear and tear is not eligible for return or refund.

3. Condition of Items

  1. The pottery must show visible damage or breakage upon receipt.

  2. Damage/broken pottery cannot be returned if more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged or broken pottery, showing the extent of the damage.

  2. Compare the received item with the pictures of the pottery sent before shipping.

  3. Contact us through the Wix app or our customer service channels within 30 days of delivery, providing:

  6. Our team will review your submission promptly.

  7. Once approved, we will guide you on returning the item.

5. Return Shipping and Condition

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the damage was due to our error.

  2. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with the damage clearly visible in the photographs.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be issued through the Wix app using your original payment method.

  2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Additional Notes

  1. Damage/broken pottery cannot be returned or refunded if damage occurred due to normal wear and tear.

  2. Please ensure to report damages within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for return.
