Service Description
You can choose from a wide variety of dances traditional Atacamé dances, Pow wow dances, gourd dance, smoke dance, gourd dance, stomp dance, etc. We will perform for birthdays, quinces, weddings, schools/educational, rosaries, and more. Rules: Please ask to take videos as some dances don't allow for videos. Do not touch regalia unless you ask to and given permission to do so. All honoring dances are done to honor someone such as quinces, veterans, graduates, etc. Some of the many dances that we offer and their significance: 1. Gourd Dance: This is an honoring dance that is done to honor veterans, graduates, quinces, etc. It originates from the Kiowa tribe. 2. Stomp Dance: This is a social dance that is done during celebrations. it originates from the Cherokee, Creek, Seminole, Choctaw, and more. 3. Northern Traditional: This dance is a warrior's and storytelling dance that is done to tell a story. It originates from the Great Plains tribes. 4. Smoke Dance: This dance is a Social and competitive dance that is done is celebrations and competitions. it originates from the Haudenosaunee tribe. 5. Atacamé Dances: These dances are unique to the Atacamé tribe and are performed to honor, celebrate, compete, etc. 6. Woodlands Dance: This dance is a warrior's and storytelling dance that is done to tell a story. It originates from the Woodland tribes of Northeastern USA. 7. Ukusina AKA Kick Dance: This dance is performed in social events such as weddings, ceremonies, etc. It symbolizes communication with the ancestors. It originates from the Zulu tribe. 7. Brush Dance: It is a dance traditionally done to cure children and is performed during celebrations. It originates from the Yurok tribe. 9. Yokuts Dances: These are the traditional dances of the Yokuts tribe. 10. Australian Aboriginal Dances: These are the traditional dances of the Aboriginals of Australia. 11. Ainu Dances: These are the traditional dances of the Ainu tribe of Japan. Please call to book a dance performance when you call to book this service, we will discuss the dances you would like to be performed and which ones I recommend for your event, which event will we be performing at, the total cost, and I will send you videos of the dances (if asked to). A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price must be made to secure your booking with the rest given in cash. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made to lock in your booking. Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us 48hrs in advance. Conduct: Keep phones silent and please respect the quiet and or peaceful atmosphere. Ask for permission to film. Early booking: if booking months in advance please contact us. Health: let the instructor know of any health issues or injuries before the session
